Hello friends and happy Tuesday! Is anyone else dealing with weather that can’t make up its mind? I’ve been seeing sun, cloud, and snow all within the span of 5 minutes; it’s nonsense. Anyways, today we’re continuing with the Armentrout April theme, where I intend to only read her books this month. While I talked about which books of hers are my favourites last week, this week I decided to list the books that I want to read this month and hopefully I can accomplish this goal. There seems to be about 21 books in total that I still need to read so these 5 should be an ideal goal and a good start. Obviously I’m hoping to read more than just 5 but small goals are good goals.

Here is today’s Top Five Tuesday: JLA Books I Want To Read This Month!

I might be cheating by listing this since I’ve already read book one of this series, but I’m listing the whole series anyways. The first book was already really good for me and I’m loving what’s happened so far and I can’t wait to see where we go from here. If I make it to book three, at least, I’d be quite content.

I’m listing only the first book for two reasons: I actually own it and I’ve already started reading it. I don’t think it’s one of her most popular series and it sounds really cliche but I also hear it’s fantastic. Given what I know of JLA already, I’m not surprised at all. It’s been pretty good so far and I’m interested to see where else this first book will go. I already know that I want Layla with Roth and barely anything has happened but it’s what I want. Now gimme.

This is another book I currently physically own, but when I asked my friend at work to pick which book to read first (he picked White Hot Kiss), apparently this is a book that I can read when I’m mentally stable. Evidently, mentally stable I am not. Just kidding. This book sounds really dark and twisted and I’m always down for a good thriller so I really hope to pick this up soon.

You have no idea how badly I want to read this book but there’s just one tiny problem: I CAN’T FIND IT ANYWHERE. And by that, I mean I can’t find a freebie of it. But even a physical copy on Amazon is something I can’t seem to find for a good price or like, anywhere for that matter. Like I’ll buy it, but not for more than $4 so yeah. I don’t think I have enough left on my iTunes account for that but we’ll see. I want to read this so bad. I need it.

This is another little cheat because technically it’s not a JLA book and more of an anthology but she’s attached to it and I own it so it counts. I’m not sure how far I’m gonna get this month but I’m hoping I can get to this one near the tail end of the month. It sounds beyond cute and something that I’d need after something dark or emotional so I’m saving it for the end.

Well, those are the top JLA books I’m hoping to read this month! I hope I can get to them all but if I don’t I won’t be surprised. Wish me luck!

Until next time,
